Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Deliverables

The following types of digital outputs may be delivered as part of a client engagement with KELVION TECH (Kelviontech):

• Source Code & Repositories: Complete, version-controlled source code delivered via private GitHub/GitLab repositories or as a compressed archive (.zip / .tar.gz) over secure file transfer.
• Deployed Applications: Web applications, APIs, and mobile builds deployed directly to the client-specified cloud infrastructure (AWS, Oracle Cloud, etc.) or to app stores (Google Play / Apple App Store).
• Design Files & Assets: UI/UX design systems, wireframes, and exported assets delivered via Figma shared links or compressed file archives via email.
• Documentation: Technical documentation, architecture diagrams, API references, and deployment guides delivered as PDF, Markdown, or Notion-shared documents.
• Configuration & Access Credentials: Server, cloud, database, and third-party service credentials transferred via secure one-time links or encrypted communication channels.
• Consultation Reports & Audit Documents: Written strategic assessments, codebase review reports, and architecture recommendations delivered as PDF documents via email.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines for each project are agreed upon in the project Statement of Work (SoW) and are tied to the milestone structure. General guidelines:

• Architecture Consultation Reports: Delivered within 5–7 business days of the consultation session.
• Milestone Deliverables: Delivered on or before the milestone due date agreed in the SoW. Timeline begins after receipt of the required advance payment for that milestone.
• Final Project Handoff: Typically includes source code repository access, deployment confirmation, and transfer of all credentials. Completed within 2 business days of final milestone payment clearance.
• Bug Fixes (Post-Delivery Warranty Period): Where a warranty period is agreed in the SoW, reported bugs are triaged within 1 business day and resolved within the period specified for the severity level.

Timeline extensions may apply if client-side inputs, approvals, or access credentials are delayed. We communicate proactively if any delivery date is at risk.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Acceptance

Each milestone delivery is formally communicated via email. The client has 3 business days from the delivery notification to raise any concerns or report defects. After this window, the milestone is considered accepted and the associated milestone payment becomes due.

Acceptance does not waive rights under any warranty period agreed in the project SoW for latent defects discovered after formal acceptance.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If a deliverable cannot be provided by the agreed milestone date due to circumstances within our control, we will:

• Notify the client in writing at the earliest possible opportunity.
• Provide a revised delivery estimate and, where applicable, a pro-rata credit or revised milestone schedule.

Delays caused by client-side factors — including missing requirements, delayed approvals, or failure to provide system access — do not constitute a delivery failure on our part and do not entitle the client to a refund or credit.

6. No Physical Goods Statement

For the avoidance of doubt and in compliance with payment gateway requirements: KELVION TECH (Kelviontech) does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, hardware, or tangible products. All commercial transactions on kelviontech.in and its associated product domains are for digital services and software subscriptions only. There are no shipping charges, no delivery tracking numbers, and no physical address to which goods are dispatched.
